What is Doctum?
Doctum is a subscription based food safety training streaming and learning management system service.
The website contains interactive food safety training courses and videos aiming at line employees to help
you comply with your food safety training requirements. In addition to the different training programs, it
also includes a Learning Management System. The target audience is line and hourly employees who need
to be qualified individuals.
The Doctum Learning Management System will allow your company to:
- Track employee training by:
- Name
- Date trained
- Topics in which they are trained.
- Print employee training certificates
What can I do with Doctum?
Upon subscription, companies will be able to access interactive training materials, videos and printable resources; as well as obtaining access to the Learning Management System (LMS) to keep track of who they train and what topics they have been trained on.
Use interactive courses to ensure workers remain engaged throughout the training by using activities and games to reinforce their learning. Use videos to exemplify situations that happen in the food industry. Download documents such as quizzes, training assistance lists, and training certificates.

How to Start a Subscription
The subscription includes printable resources such as posters, tests, employee training lists and certificates. These materials are not part of any of the training modules but are useful add-ons for training sessions and for their use inside the company. Print helpful images such as posters and signs to use throughout your facility to remind trainees of the correct practices they need to follow.
We also have a custom training package. We can go to your company and develop 7 or more interactive training programs with topics of your interest and create a unique learning experience for your employees.
